Shipping Policy

The Findery currently ships within the United States.

Shipping Rate
Standard Shipping is a flat $4.99 per order.

Estimated Delivery Time
Most orders are expected to arrive within 8–15 business days after the order has been processed. Please note that weekends and holidays are not considered business days.

Order Processing
Orders may require additional processing time before shipment. Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be provided when available.

Multiple Packages
Because some products may be fulfilled by different suppliers, items from the same order may occasionally arrive in separate packages and at different times. You will not be charged additional shipping fees if your order is split into multiple shipments.

Delays
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Carrier delays, holidays, weather, customs, or other circumstances outside our control may affect delivery times.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Please verify your shipping address before submitting your order. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been processed or shipped, we may not be able to change the delivery address.

Lost or Missing Orders
If your tracking information shows that your package has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact The Findery so we can help investigate the shipment.
